Our collection system features a high-powered, back-end relational database that can present account data to our billing and collection professionals using a PC. The system features modules that include:

• Unlimited Customization: Enables POM management to develop customized tables and systematic logic to drive and automate work intensity, work processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Interest Tracking: Lets POM amortize interest due on payments delayed as a result of payer responsibility.
• Legal Tracking: Lets POM schedule and keep a legal database of courts, process servers, referral attorneys, arbitrators, and other details, print court documents, and track a variety of legal and arbitration cost.
